AVOCADO ZINC ships from Perth, Western Australia to all parts of the world.
Exclusions: South Africa and countries currently under UN Embargo e.g. Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan (North).
We use Australia Post for all orders.

Free Standard Shipping: (2-14 business days) when you spend $100 AUD or more or $10 AUD when you spend $0-$99.99 AUD.
Express Shipping: $15 AUD (1-4 business days)

Free International Shipping: $0 when you spend $100 AUD or more or $15 AUD when you spend $0 - $99.99 AUD
Express International Shipping: $25 AUD
Standard Shipping to the US, UK & CA takes approximately 6-14 Business Days
Express Shipping to the US, UK & CA takes approximately 3-7 Business Days

United States: Additional fees will be applied at checkout to cover import duties and taxes, which Avocado Zinc is required to pay upfront on behalf of US customers.
For all other international deliveries, customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges upon delivery. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. AVOCADO ZINC is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. Additional Information:
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post, AVOCADO ZINC will not be held responsible for any loss or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with AVOCADO ZINC via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions please email our customer care team at info@avocadozinc.com.au
AVOCADO ZINC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for delays once an order is in transit. If an order is returned to us due to failure to collect or an incorrect delivery address, we can offer a refund or store credit for the items only. Any shipping costs incurred by Avocado Zinc will be deducted from the final refund or store credit.
Public Holidays:
Please note: Shipping days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a sold-out item available for pre-order, your entire order will be placed on hold and shipped once all items are back in stock.
If you would prefer in-stock items to be shipped separately, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact our team at info@avocadozinc.com.au so we can arrange this and issue you an invoice for the extra shipping charge.
